How to upload artwork
Uploading Artwork
Once you have placed an order you will be issued with a validation code. Enter your order number and validation code below, select the document (maximum size = 50MB) that you wish to upload by clicking "Browse", enter any special instructions that you may wish to attach and click "Upload Artwork".
If the artwork is larger than 50mb you could consider using a file-sharing website e.g. yousendit.com
Repeat this process for any further documents that you wish to upload.

Ideally we prefer all artwork to be supplied as a print ready high-resolution PDF format.
What is Print Ready?
Print ready means all colours have been converted to CMYK, there is appropriate bleed and crop marks, sizing is correct, fonts are embedded and the images are of high enough resolution.
However we do accept the following other file formats:
- Quark Express – supply fonts and images
- Illustrator – fonts converted to outlines
- Freehand – fonts converted to paths
- Photoshop – layers flattened, at least 300 dpi, JPEG or Tiff
- Corel Draw – fonts converted to Curves then export as Illustrator AI
- Indesign - fonts converted to outlines
- Publisher
- Word
Sending Artwork by Email
If you can’t use the upload function and the file size is 10MB or less please email us the artwork. Call us on 0845 018 0505 and we will tell you where to send it. Files larger than this should be sent on disk or emailed via a file-sharing website e.g. yousendit.com
Sending Artwork on Disk
CD Rom, DVD, and USB memory sticks can be sent to:

Please include a hard copy of your artwork for reference with any useful instructions. Please quote the order reference number and include a contact name, email address and telephone number in case of a query. Don't forget to keep a copy of your file, in case you need to undertake changes or corrections.
High Resolution Digital Proofs
Our prices include a PDF proof. If you require a high resolution digital proof these can be supplied for an extra charge. Our proofs are calibrated to our printing presses.
